Carved foam
You don’t want to struggle to make a wood texture on your foam? This product is for you! You want to create a futuristic outfit, the honeycomb texture is for you!
The textures are made on the high density foam in 5mm thick and on the plates of 50cm side. The stock is limited. A manufacturing time of 10 working days is possible depending of the stock and the number of plates you want.
It is possible to have plates of 90cm * 1m. Contact me to request an estimation.

Hot glue
Hot glue is part of the thermoplastic adhesives. It is available in sticks and must be melted using a heat gun. The sticks are available in different sizes (diameter and length). It is important that the diameter of the stick matches that of the heat under penalty of overflow of glue gun. Once the glue is spread out, you have to press the sides to assemble until they have cooled.

Hot glue gun
This hot glue gun is needed to use the hot glue sticks. It is sold with three sticks and a normal nozzle. You can change the nozzle if you want more precisions.

Contact cement
Contact cement is a solvent-based glue. It is transparent and remains flexible after gluing. To fix two surfaces, it is necessary to paste them both. Wait for the glue to dry then presse the two surfaces. Pressure must be maintained for at least 5 seconds. Gel glue is less liquid than the classic glue. Overflows are therefore easier to catch up. The two types of glue can be spread with a brush.

Wood glue
Wood glue can be spread on your pieces and costume to smooth them out and fill the small holes. It is possible to dilute it with water to make it more liquid (and therefore easier to spread).

Kwik seal
A lot of US props maker or europeans like Kamui Cosplay love this product. It is easy to use. You only need to apply it and then smooth it with water. You should wear safety gloves to avoid skin issues. You need to apply it above 4° Celsius. Keep it at an ambiant temperature, not to close to heat sources. You need to wait at least 2h to dry it completely.
It contains 162 gr.

Samples pack
This samples pack includes a sample of all foam sold in the e-store. Sold plates are 295 * 195 mm. You can find foam high density foam in 10 mm, 5 mm, 3 mm and 1mm thick. Low density foam is supplied in 10 mm and 5 mm thick.

Plasti Dip
Plasti Dip is a liquid elastic coating that, when it dries, forms a layer of rubber protection. The number of layers to be applied depends on the desired end result. It can arise on a number of materials. Originally, it is used in car body and car decoration. It is used in cosplay to smooth foam pieces and fill the small holes. It is recommended to use it in a well ventilated area and not too hot, so the polymerization won’t speed up. The wearing of adequate protection (masks, gloves and goggles) is mandatory. It is also recommended to cover the arms to avoid contact with the skin. It is possible to remove the Plasti Dip once on the skin, but you will lose some hair. The Plasti Dip Metallizer (gold, silver and aluminium) need to be used on Plasti Dip mat.

EVA Foam High density
High denstity foam is for armor or accessories. In 1mm and 3mm thickness, it is ideal for very resistant details. It smooth sides make you win a lot of time.
Due to the cutting process, some plates have black streaks. These disappear under the painting.

Low density foam
This low density foam is really flexible. Its flexibility makes it the ideal foam for use with Worbla, Thibra, CosplayFlex or to do details. Its low opacity makes it the ideal foam for use with LEDs. It can also be used to create larp weapons.
Due to the cutting process, some plates have black streaks. These disappear under the painting.
