This low density foam is really flexible. Its flexibility makes it the ideal foam for use with Worbla, Thibra, CosplayFlex or to do details. Its low opacity makes it the ideal foam for use with LEDs. It can also be used to create larp weapons.

Due to the cutting process, some plates have black streaks. These disappear under the painting.

You don’t want to struggle to make a wood texture on your foam? This product is for you! You want to create a futuristic outfit, the honeycomb texture is for you!

The textures are made on the high density foam in 5mm thick and on the plates of 50cm side. The stock is limited. A manufacturing time of 10 working days is possible depending of the stock and the number of plates you want.

It is possible to have plates of 90cm * 1m. Contact me to request an estimation.

The freestyle cutter
The freestyle cutter

This cutter cut shapes in a completely free way. He has the distinction of being a cutter that cuts to the front. Therefore push to cut the shapes and not pull (like the majority of cutters). This cutter is designed to work with, maximum, 5 mm thick foam. Always place a piece of used foam or cardboard beneath your cutting area in order to preserve the blade and extend its life. It comes with 2 spare blades.

Its remplacement blade is the WB.

Some advices to do efficient cuts :

  • Put the blade in the right direction;
  • Press well on the cutter’s head to embed the blades;
  • You need to push this cutter to do the cuts (and not pull it)
  • Pull slowly on the cutter. If you’re going to fast you might ripp off the foam (espicially low density);
  • Use the same pressure during the whole cut or the depth won’t be the same everywhere.

Beware that some low quality foams will rip off even if you do it right by the book.

The bevel cutter
The bevel cutter

This cutter can make straight cuts, but also cuts bevels. It is possible to adjust the support’s block to tilt the cutter. You can directly cut bevels without having to bend the blade or twist your hand. Different heights are possible (up to 10mm deep). Always place a piece of used foam or cardboard beneath your cutting area in order to preserve the blade and extend its life. It comes with 2 spare blades.

Its remplacement blade is the WC.

Some advices to do efficient cuts :

  • Put the blade in the right direction (it might seems obvious, but be sure to put the sharp part beneath);
  • Start at the edge of the foam;
  • Pull slowly on the cutter. If you’re going to fast you might ripp off the foam (espicially low density);
  • Use the same pressure during the whole cut or the depth won’t be the same everywhere;
  • Stay at the same distance of the edge and be well parallel or your cut won’t be straight.

Beware that some low quality foams will rip off even if you do it right by the book.
